Customers are all over the place now, so you need to reach them where they are.
And with the Leads Export feature, it makes it easy for you to reach your customers at different touch points.
It allows you to export lead information into a CSV file, so that you can import it elsewhere that supports CSV uploads.
Such as an email service provider that might not be integrated with us yet, or into Facebook to create a custom audience.
In fact, the Leads Export feature makes reporting information, or sending information to colleagues about leads much easier.
For example, a sales team member needs to meet up in person with their assigned lead, and they want more information to help close the sale.
Well, with the new export feature, they can easily export any information that they have collected from leads.
So that when they go to meet with them, they have the information about the lead that they can use to potentially help close the sale.
This is especially true if you use long-form lead ads to pre-qualify leads. By asking more questions in your lead ad form, it gives you more information to help close the sale. And it pre-qualifies the leads to prevent you from wasting time on leads that wouldn’t benefit from your product or service.
And if you weren’t already aware yet of what LeadsTunnel is, it’s a software that ‘tunnels’ your new leads directly from your lead source into your Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM of choice in real-time.

- Ability to select only certain field form information and customized questions that you want to export.

How-To Use The Leads Export Feature
The first step is to log-in to your LeadsTunnel account, then select which campaign you’d like to export leads from. You do this by clicking on the name of the campaign and then get sent to another page.
From there, in the lower right-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a blue button that says “Export Leads,” as shown in the image below.
Click on that button to be taken to a pop-up to begin exporting your leads. You now have the option to name your preset.
Presets allow you to easily and quickly have the same export settings for the next time you export
You can use previously saved presets by clicking on “use saved presets,” as shown in the image above, which appears at the top of the page. Then the page will auto-fill with your export settings from previously.
We recommend naming your preset something easy to remember, like the lead score of the leads you’re exporting, the date, or any other relevant information. So that if you want to use that preset again, you can remember which one it is.
Next, you can select the filter options and field options that you would like to export.
You can filter by date, lead score, tags, and by who the leads were assigned to. Then you can also export based on field options, so select which questions you’d like to see the answers to from leads along with custom questions that you might have asked during your lead generation process.
And then finally, just click on the button at the bottom right of your screen that says “export” to start exporting your leads as a CSV file.
